• Browsing Daily Bazaar

You can browse the site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Although we have discount offer for our registered users, we also provide our services for guest.

• About Price

We offer you the availability to purchase items at a fixed price. You have no opportunity to bid for item. Delivery charge will be added with price of item according to delivery area.

• Control of Your Password

You are responsible for all actions taken with your User ID and password, including fees charged to your account. Therefore we do not recommend that you disclose your Daily Bazaar password to any third parties. If you choose to share your User ID and password or your personal information with third parties, you are responsible for all actions taken with your account and therefore you should review that third party's privacy policy. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personal information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password.

• Update your Personal Information

We offer you the ability to automatically review and change the information you submit to us by logging into the daily-bazaar.com and entering in the new information yourself. You can change your user Id, email address, contact information, and other necessary information by going your user account and by clicking “Update your account”.  Upon on your request we will deactivate your previous record.

But, we will retain some personal information, which you have requested to remove, in our files to prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, and troubleshoot problems. Therefore, you should not expect that all of your personal information will be completely removed from our databases in response to your requests. However, such personal information will be deactivated from public and member viewing and will only be available to our database.

• Duplicate ad listings are not allowed

Any Ad posted more than once with the same content or title in the same category would be considered as a Duplicate ad. We advise you to post multiple ads only if you have different items or services for sale. All Duplicate ads would be deleted and the user suspended if the problem persists

• No Cash Back

- No cash value for any Voucher

- No cash back will be issued for partial redemption of the paid portion of a Voucher, except as required by law

- No cash back or credit will be issued for partial redemption of the promotional portion of a Voucher

• Rules of Using of Vouchers

- Vouchers cannot be combined with any other coupons or promotions unless otherwise noted in the Voucher

- Daily Bazaar will not be responsible for lost or stolen Vouchers or Voucher reference numbers. Keep your voucher safe from getting stolen or duplicated. In case of loss or duplication, merchant will provide service to the first person who submits the coupon

- Duplicate use, sale or trade of a Voucher is prohibited
